Challenge

Effectively communicate BCcampus's wide range of services, its position as an educational technology leader in BC's post secondary system and redefine the perception of BCcampus as a digital entity rather than physical campus.

Strategy

Surface BCcampus's hidden value by effectively telling their unique story, demonstrating thought leadership, and encouraging user engagement.

Creative and Execution

During an in-depth strategic planning phase, we defined a clearer user experience path that could be established on the corporate website then extended across the range of BCcampus web properties. To demonstrate the connection between all services, a menu system was designed to be easily ported to the family of websites. These "child" and "cousin" websites will, over time, become fully integrated, more easily accessed, and entrench BCcampus's market position.

A content strategy was also defined to address audience needs, wants and interests, while also connecting them easily to BCcampus and its services. The new site represents a robust, connected and scaleable platform for all BCcampus web properties and features an interactive slideshow showcasing BCcampus's tagline, "Connect. Collaborate. Innovate."
